It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Bishop of Concord, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel W. Tolar, Jr. and Margaret Swinney Tolar; her husband Dr. Joseph G. Bishop; and her brothers, Sam Tolar III, Tracy A. Tolar and Ted C. Tolar.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Coletti (Phil) of Atlanta, Dawn Bell of Concord, Kent Bishop (Kim) of Concord, Brian Bishop (Tammy) of Concord and Sam Bishop (Julie) of Molena. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
