It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Oxford (Concord, Georgia), born in Fort Valley, Georgia, who passed away on August 9, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Hosea Franklin McCullough; her husband Grady Oxford; and her brother Hosea Franklin McCullough, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Stewart McCullough; her daughters-in-law, Kenneth Oxford, Jan Oxford of Americus, Bob Oxford of Woodbury, Mike Oxford and Joette Oxford of Woodbury; her great grandchildren, Erik Oxford, Jr., Mary Beth Oxford, Ann Carlton Oxford, Harper Gray, McCullough Mathews and Grady Oxford; and her sister-in-law Nell Oxford of Sanford, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
