She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Vernon "Bill" Beatty and Regina Douglas Beatty; her sister Shirley Pike; her husband Earl Langston; her sons, Michael Bryan Maddox and Timothy Douglas Maddox; her grandchildren, Kara Hope Rodgers, Brandon Lucas Maddox, Timothy Logan Maddox, Destiny Rice and Georgia Grace McVie; and her sisters, Susie McKenzie and Peggy Starnes. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
