He is survived by : his children, Zachary Mayo (Hailey) and Sierra Badgley (Zachary); his granddaughters, Willow Badgley and Mother Gerri Samples; his parent Randy Samples; and his siblings, Traci Edwards, Danny McElwaney, Shane Samples, Kimberly Morgan and Robin Bright. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
