He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Henderson Bugh and Franklin M. Bugh; and his brothers, Errol Bugh and Ronnie Bugh. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bugh; his son David Bugh, Jr.; his wife Pam; his grandchildren, Amanda Bugh and Brandon Bugh; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kaetlyn, Savanna Hays and Hamilton Bugh; his brother Charles Terry Bugh (Sandy) of Bedford; and also, Christopher Bugh (Janet), Danny Bugh, Kellie Calhoun, Darlene Ross, Nancy Bugh of Bedford, Beverly Carpenter (Bob) of Seattle and Evelyn Bugh Waite of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
