It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Elizabeth Langley of Concord, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward and Mattie Womack Liles; her husband Robert Langley; and her son-in-law Michael Witcher. She is survived by: her children, Mary Witcher, Frances (Timothy Doyle), Barney Langley, Charlene (Robert Young), Anna Liles and Othel Liles; and also Eugene. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; brothers.
