He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Simmons and Margie Smith Simmons; and his brothers, Junior Simmons and Thomas Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Robert Moore, Peggy Morrison, Amanda Rowland (Joshua) and Sharon Getsinger (Joey); and his siblings, Ray Simmons, Jimmy Simmons, Julie Echols, Carol Parr, Shirley Samples, Rita Seabolt, Angie Elrod and Belinda Simmons. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
