He was predeceased by: his son Bo Stephenson; and his siblings, Leon, Bobby Stephenson, Joan Stephenson and Kay Franklin.
He is survived by: his children, Kayla Smith (Charlie) of Commerce, April Toney of Commerce, Jody of Commerce and Steven Rogers of Commerce; his grandchildren, Charlsey, Ceily Smith, Ella and Jack Toney; and his siblings, David of Commerce, Jimbo Stephenson of Commerce, Linda Adams of Nicholson and Shirley Bell of Jefferson.
