It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stan D. Haigler of Commerce, Georgia, born in Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Haigler and Clara Hursey Haigler; his wife Sybil Ingram Haigler; his son Mike Poole; and his daughter-in-law Janet Poole.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Owensby (Billy) of Colbert and Phyllis Sparks (Phillip) of Commerce; his brothers, George Haigler (Elizabeth) of Dalton and Bill Haigler of Chattanooga, TN; his daughter-in-law Debbie Poole; his brother-in-law Fred Ingram (Martha); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Owensby (Kim), Ryan Owensby (Alison), Jason Sparks (Amber), Drew Sparks (Heather), Kasey Evans (Greg) and Kelsey Poole (Kristen). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephew.
