She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Rice and Iris Shotts Rice. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Dowis (Kelly), Gregory Dowis (Vera) and Kim Dowis. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
