It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Ayers of Commerce, Georgia, born in Nicholson, Georgia, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Lee and Girtha Lynn Sorrows Hembree; her children, Jerry Wayne Ayers, Gerald Lamar Ayers and Girtha Lynn Knight; and her siblings, Bobby Hembree, Homer Hembree and Shirley Minish.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Ayers; her children, Larry Ayers and Kimberly Kamp; her siblings, Roger Hembree, Kenneth Hembree, Chris Hembree, Louise Woods, Joyce Shelnut and Tricia Adams; her stepsisters, Lorie Hembree Edwards and Rhonda Howington; and her half-brother James Hembree. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
