With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Caplinger (Commerce, Georgia), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Cappy" and Martha Caplinger; his siblings, Linda Combs and Charles Caplinger; and his grandson Levi Caplinger.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Kelley Caplinger of Commerce; his daughter Andrea Caplinger (George Hart) of Reynoldsburg, OH; and his stepchildren, Rebecca Mitchell (James) of Winder, Roxanne Patterson of Buford and Jared Patterson (Breanna Moore) of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
