Rodney Gene Hart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Rodney Gene Hart (Commerce, Georgia), born in Live Oak, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew Tyler Bush. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Hart and Thelma Pritchett Hart of Commerce; his children, Cody Hart (Trisha) of Commerce, Jody Hart (Sarah Meggs) of Commerce and Emily Hart of Athens; his sisters, Rita Hart Bush of Commerce and Tricia Mealor of Commerce; and his niece Katie Mealor. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, there will be a private family graveside service that will be held Tuesday from the New Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Campbell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the New Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
