He was predeceased by: his brother Shelden Page. He is survived by: his mother Amanda Sullens Benefiel; his siblings, Nathaniel Benefiel, Dean Page (Holly) and Whisper Page; his niece Hania Page; and his grandparents, Annette and Scott Sullens.
