He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt W. Duncan and Marie Wilson Duncan; and his great grandchild Emerson Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Mollie Wilson Duncan of Commerce; and his children, Paula Hancock (Mark) of Commerce and Ricky Duncan (Lesa) of Commerce. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Little-Ward Funeral Home (115 State St, Commerce, GA 30529). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home (115 State St, Commerce, GA 30529). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Webbs Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (647 Webbs Creek Rd, Commerce, GA 30529).
