She is survived by: her parent Offie York Hayes; her former husband Johnny Verner; her daughters-in-law, Shannon Verner, Sonya Verner of Commerce, Dusty Verner, Brooke Verner and Justin Verner; and her siblings, Kenneth Hayes of Hartwell, Jean Cleveland of Royston, Alice Black of Royston and Maudine Holmes of Royston.
