It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy M. Shirley of Commerce, Georgia, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jim Mitchell and Kay Mitchell of Commerce; her husband Mark Shirley; her children, Rebecca Shirley Liger of Blakely, Andrew Shirley of Cleveland, MS and Benjamin Shirley of Thomasville; and her siblings, Wendy Mitchell Miller of Athens and Bobby Mitchell of Commerce. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
