We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023, at the age of 89, Joyce Eubanks of Commerce, Georgia, born in Homer, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Lloyd Williams and Lonie Smallwood Williams; her husband James Walter Eubanks Sr.; her sister Barbara Patterson; her brother-in-law Pat Patterson; her sister Joanne Sailors; and her brother-in-law Pete Sailors.
She is survived by: her children, James Eubanks Jr. (Debbie) of Commerce, Gayle E. Cowart of Commerce and Angela E. Edghill (Eric) of Commerce; and her brother Weldon L. "Buster" Williams Jr. (Janet) of Commerce. She is also survived by nieces and Nephews and Cousins.
