She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Strickland and Iris Gunn Strickland of Commerce, GA.; her sister Mary Strickland Stevens of Charlotte, NC; her husband Richard Doster; and her sons, Tom Doster of Crawford, GA and Joe Doster of Hoschton, GA..
She is survived by: her children, Julia Ann Carter of Baxley, GA, Jack Mize (Barbara) of Hinesville, GA, Jean Asburn of Jackson, SC, Bobby Mize (Joy) of Hinesville, GA, Larry Mize (Brenda) of Ellaville, GA, Marty Phillips (Donald) of Jefferson, GA, Dottie Haire (Tommy) of Lavonia, GA and Ricky Doster (Sue) of Winder, GA. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild.
