He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Marion Scott, Jr. and Mildred Creech Scott Boatwright. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Duren Scott; and his children, Neal T. Scott (Melissa), Sonya Partin and Victoria Allred (Paul). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
