She is survived by: her children, Shell Garrison Withers of Lavonia and Steve Garrison, Jr. (Julie) of Waleska, GA; her brother Tim McCollum (Joy) of Toccoa; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Leah Garrison and Lauren Withers.
