It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Nix of Commerce, Georgia, born in Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank and Faye Mauldin Nix. He is survived by: his wife Judy Diane Hanley Nix of Commerce; his sons, James Jeffery Nix of Blairsville and Keith Nix of Danielsville; and his brothers, Mac Nix of Commerce and Terry Nix of Cleveland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
