He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald "Skeet" and Robin. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Cole and Camryn; his brothers, Aaron, Taylor and Lucas; his stepmother Holly; and his stepbrother Michael. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
