He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell "Mickie" Morgan David of Commerce; his children, Allana Metz (Eric) of Summerville, SC, Ashley Payne (Derek) of Jefferson and Zack David (Shannon) of Commerce; and his siblings, Sylvia Walls of Bogart, Maxine Myers of Watkinsville, Rose McDonald of Athens, Donald David of Royston, W. D and Junior David of Nicholson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
