She was predeceased by: her mother Maudie Means Watkins; her daughter Phyllis Ellen White; her granddaughter Greta Carver; and her siblings, Fred Watkins, Tarpley DeCarlo, Nell Carlan, Mildred Barnett and Jean Tanner.
She is survived by: her husband James F. Parker of Commerce; her daughters, Leigh Ann Allen (Doug) of Commerce, Wanda Kim Crane (Greg) of Homer and Cynthia Louise Thomas (Rodney) of Pendergrass; her brother Charles Watkins (Brenda) of Commerce; and her grandchildren, Amy Irvin, Josh White, Julie Shadburn, Daniel Farmer and Anna Ellen Farmer. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
