He was predeceased by: his uncle Corey Phagan. He is survived by: his parents, Kayla Phagan and Chris Lynn; his grandparents, Keith, Bonnie Phagan, Ralph and Michelle Lynn; and his aunt Courtney Phagan. He is also survived by his three siblings.
