She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Perry Echols and Bertha Helen Echols; her husband Stiles Russell Herbert Jr.; and her daughter Cheryl Denise Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Gail Belflower of Whitesburg and Gwen Huntley of Randolph, Vermont.; and her siblings, Jimmy Echols of Colbert, Nancy Ledford of Alto and Joyce Carter of Demorest, Georgia.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
