He was predeceased by: his wife Katie Mae Alexander Nix; and his son Kim Nix. He is survived by: his children, Denise Nix Seagraves (Tim) of Russellville, AL, Billy Keith Nix (Dianne) of Commerce and Randy William Nix (Tammy) of Commerce; and his sister Mayrelle Duke of Nicholson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
