With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Nesbit of Commerce, Georgia, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley M. and Myrtle Bennett Hemphill, Sr. of Virginia; and her brother Robert Samuel Hemphill. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Nesbit of Commerce; her siblings, Betty Kellum of Greensboro, NC and Burley Hemphill, Jr. (Clara) of Jefferson; and her sister-in-law Connie Hemphill of Athens.
