She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Whitsel and Belle Roberts Whitsel; her husband Marvin David; her son Tony Marcus Cobb; and her siblings, Talford Whitsel, Ralph Whitsel, Thomas "Tommy" Whtisel and Elizabeth Seay.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Baird; and her grandchildren, Shane Cobb, Cecil Baird and Christy McKnight. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
