He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Bell; his son Shane Bell (Ali); his sister Teresa Boudway (John); his grandchildren, Devin Bell, Macy Bewley, Brynlee Bell and Carson Bell; and his great grandchildren, Skylah Bell and Dawson Bell.
