It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Lamar Vaughn in Comer, Georgia, born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clois Lamar Vaughn and Thelma Leotis Bryant Vaughn; and his sister Carol Allen. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Pierce Vaughn; and his sons, Stephen Vaughn of Alabama and Joseph "Joey" Vaughn (Christy) of Harrison. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
