She is survived by: her children, Janice Burke (Jeff), Jerry Simmons (Carol), Mick Simmons (Cathy), Don Simmons and David Simmons (Jill); and her sister Margaret Shelton. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
