He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lynette Anthony Nolan; his children, David Singleton (Nora) of Rochester, MN, Steven Singleton of Elberton and Kelsey Singleton of Comer; and his siblings, Barbara White, Dan Nolan, Carole Meurer, Nancy Noland and Linda.
