She was predeceased by: her husband W. F. Railey; her son Bobby J. Railey; and her parents, Mannie Mae Lee Ezell and John Thomas Ezell. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda R. Foskey (Larry Foskey); her grandchildren, Gabrielle Foskey Thomas, Danielle Foskey Godwin (Nick Godwin), Jevon Foskey, Tiffany Foskey Morgan and Zell Railey; her daughter-in-law Linda Railey Machen; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Fletcher, Adalee and Ivy.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
