He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Pitts Sanders; his children, Traci Sanders of Columbus, GA, Kristi Gayles (Wayne) of Midland, GA, Jennifer Sanders of Columbus, GA and Thomas Ronald "Ronnie" II (Ann Marie) of Columbus, GA.; his grandchildren, Raegan Gayles of Atlanta, GA, Calvin Gayles (Allie) of Columbus, GA, Kamryn Commander of Columbus, GA, Trey Sanders of Columbus, GA, Molly Gayles of Midland, GA and Lily Sanders of Columbus, GA.; his sister Annette Sanders Pollock of Columbus, GA; and his brother-in-law Wallace Pitts of Columbus, GA..
