He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Williams, Sr. and Emma Lee Ellington Williams. He is survived by: his wife Helen Williams; his children, Theophia Williams, Jr. (Deborah), Galan Williams, Roslyn Roberts and Tamiliko Williams; and his siblings, Claude Williams and Roslyn White (Harold). He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of relatives.
