She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Frank Fowler and Linnie Phillips Fowler. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Fowler of Columbus, GA, Philip Fowler (Jan) of Concord, NC and Randy Fowler of Cookeville, TN; her nieces and nephews, Wendy Nichols (Brian) of Baxter, TN, Stephanie Jones of Concord, NC, Matthew Fowler of Cookeville, TN and James Fowler (Patricia) of London, England; and her close friend Bobbie Whitley of Columbus, GA.
