He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morris Talbert and Cordie L. Wilson; and his siblings, Doris Thompson, Faye Carol Talbert and Jerry Talbert.
He is survived by: his wife Else Talbert; his daughters, Stephanie McCloskey (Robert) and Sandra Phillips (Ron); his grandchildren, Matthew McCloskey, Carson Turner and Ashley McCloskey; and his great grandchild Wynn Turner.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
