Robert Daniel Spano Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Daniel Spano Sr. of Columbus, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Boswell Spano; his children, Robert Daniel Spano Jr. and Kimberly Spano Schilke; his grandsons, Owen Paul and Aidan James Schilke; and his siblings, Richard, Michael Spano, Kenneth, Mary Bice, Joy Boswell and Kathene Williams.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (2000 Kay Cir, Columbus, GA 31907). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
