He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Williams and Edwina Veasey Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Carl Williams, Jr. (Shannaly), Jarryd Williams (Stacey) and Jonah Williams; his siblings, Cynthia E. Watford (Johnny) and Randy Sykes; his grandchildren, Cayden, Bryson, Kyler, Brynlee, Raiden, Athena and Calliope; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Watford (Stan), Jessica Sykes, Tony Sykes, Johnny Watford Moose (Amanda), Josh Summers and Joey Summers.
