He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Harvey; his children, Kimberley Phillips and Mark Phillips of Akron, Ohio; his grandchildren, Darryl Moore of Silver Springs, MD and Lunden Underwood (Georgia); his great grandchildren, Darryl Moore and Hyndrxx Moore; his siblings, Lucille Tarver of Columbus, Georgia, Walter Phillips, Crawford Phillips of Cleveland, Ohio, Jobe Phillips (Denise), Jesse Phillips (Wanda) and Christopher Phillips (Yolanda) of Phenix City, Alabama; and his niece Qundia (Demarco Ragland) of Midland, GA.
