He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. Meeks and Jeanette Spear Meeks; his sons, Randy Scott Meeks (Colleen), William Andrew Meeks (Chelsea) and Jonathan Eric Meeks (Bryce); his grandchildren, Ella, Caleb, Addie, Aiyana, Donovan, Tommy, Henry, Libby and Oliver Meeks; and his siblings, Connie McGough (Larry), Phil Meeks (Sherry), Jan Pullin (Stephen) and Rebecca Smith (Mike).
