It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Wayne Tidwell of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Patrick Wayne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Patrick Wayne farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Braxton Tidwell and Arnell "Sue" Hattaway Graves; his stepfather Billy Joe Smith; and his nephew James Braydon "Twizzy" Tidwell. He is survived by: his siblings, James Kenneth Tidwell (Wanda Gail) of Mauk, GA and Sandra Gottfried (Robert) of Columbus, GA; and his aunt Jean Cornett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews, and several other extended family members and many caring friends.
