It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millie Frances Horne (Columbus, Georgia), born in Upatoi, Georgia, who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ned Bass; her daughter Frances Bradley; and her siblings, Carolyn Russell, Charlotte Bass, Willie James Bass, Sr. and Larry Bass.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Davis; her husband William Horne; her children, Betty Foster (Robert), Richard West (Prentiss) and James West; and her sister Patricia Thomas (Harold). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives.
