Though Madge may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Hartley and Lois Hand Hartley; and her brothers, Joe Hartley and Malcolm Hartley. She is survived by: her husband Lee R. Railey, Sr. of Columbus, GA; and her children, Royce Railey (Kim) of Cataula, GA, Jackie Watford of Columbus, GA, Vicki Childs (Harold) of Fortson, GA and Melody Fretwell (Robbie) of Columbus, GA. She is also survived by Six Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren and Four Great Great Grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Beallwood Baptist Church (4650 Veterans Pkwy, Columbus, GA 31904).
