He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Elbertie Forsyth; and his siblings, Willie, Azie Mae and Enola.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Campion (Michael), Monica Farley and Joe Forsyth (Candace); and his grandchildren, Kendra O'Donnell, Taylor Campion, Evan, Campbell, Lauren Farley, Alexis and Clayton Forsyth. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM.
