He is survived by: his children, Shannon Bice (Marcus) of Fortson, GA, John Judson Spencer III (Heather) of Albany, GA and Jennifer Green (Bubba) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Ben Bice (Hunter) of Columbus, GA, Will Bice (Alex) of Fayetteville, GA, Kaitlyn Martinez (Luis) of Carey, NC, Kelsy Franklin (Dan) of Clarksville, TN, Jud Spencer of Wauwatosa, WI, Juliana Spencer of Chiang Rai, Melodie Spencer of Albany, GA, Hunter Green (Taylor) of Columbus, GA and Hailey Green of Birmingham, AL; his great grandchildren, Elaina Bice, Parker Bice, Izzy Bice, Remington Martinez, Bison Martinez and Elliott Franklin; his siblings, Thomas Spencer (Jenny), Patricia Spencer and Nancy Ware (David); and his close friend Betty Allen.
