He is survived by: his children, Makayla Cook (Cole Butterfield) of Smiths Station, AL and Ian Cook (Lexi Thompson) of Phenix City, AL; his mother Sandra Summersgill; his stepfather Joe Summersgill; his siblings, Cindy Green (James), William Cook of Columbus, GA and Michael Cook (Tracy) of Columbus, GA; and his grandchildren, Cyrus Jiles Cook of Phenix City, AL., Falon Thompson of Phenix City, AL. and Finlee Thompson of Phenix City, AL.. He is also survived by his many friends and by his family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Branch Church (2980 US-27, Cataula, GA 31804).
