She is survived by: her children, Peter Bartsch (Ingrid) of Midland, GA, Rosemarie Platt (Larry) of Midland, GA and Birgit McDaniel (Phil) of Midland; her grandchildren, Petra Bartsch of Germany, Michael Bartsch (Hannah) of Germany and Christine Bartsch (Winnie) of Germany; her sons, Brian McFarland (Sonya) of Midland, GA, Christopher McFarland (Annie) of Acworth, GA, Jeffrey McFarland (Suzanne) of Corpus Christi, TX, John McFarland (Rebecca) of Guntersville, AL and Eric McFarland (Blakeley) of Columbus, GA; her granddaughter-in-law Jennifer McFarland of Phenix City, AL; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Bartsch of Germany, Brittany Usery (Daniel) of Columbus, GA, Alexis McFarland of Midland, GA, Lillian McFarland of Acworth, GA, Carson McFarland of Acworth, Gemma McFarland of Acworth, Lawson McFarland of Corpus Christi, TX, Bay McFarland of Corpus Christi, TX, James McFarland of Arizona, Skylar Theriault of Guntersville, AL, Noah McFarland of Guntersville, AL, Grayson McFarland of Phenix City, AL, Everett McFarland of Columbus, GA, Ellison McFarland of Columbus, GA and Emery McFarland of Columbus, GA. She is also survived by great-grandson on the way; and several step grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Britt David Baptist Church (2801 W Britt David Rd, Columbus, GA 31909). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
